GoldenVisa Invest provides consultancy services for investment migration programs. We do not guarantee approval of any application, as final decisions rest with relevant government authorities.

2. Fees and Payments

Our fees are outlined in our service agreement. Government fees, investment amounts, and third-party costs are separate from our consultancy fees.

3. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. However, we may be required to disclose information to government authorities as part of the application process.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in our services, we cannot be held liable for decisions made by government authorities or changes in program requirements.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin.
